[verse 1]Take away my pen and paperTake the table on which it resides Put me in a cell, no contact of any kindBut I'll still have my mind 
[verse 2]Burn down the forest greenBlacken the earth and dry the seas 
Rape mother nature of majestic findsTake my eyes from all her pleasuresIn my dreams her greens still thrive 
[chorus]In my thoughts I spend my time It's here within I can rewind Reflect again on lessons learnedOf those once lost, here they're returned!

[verse 3]A favorite songA tree once climbed my first real kissA pet I miss Through mental magiccan all again now liveAs in mind they meet againwithin my dreamer's bliss 
[verse 4]Tell me I speak strangelyafter your needs are satisfied Silence my poor lips,then to my thoughts I'll run and hide

[verse 2]I'll be your Neo take you for a ride take you passed the graveyard where all their victims lie those that tried to rise up and make it to the show  now lie beneath the dirttheir secret's never known 
[chorus]You cannot gain that power without stealing from the poor now in your castle cower as the wolves beset your door

[verse 3]I'll be your Neo show the other side let all the people know they can have a better life those that try to rise up be weary in your quest these clowns are always watching with the devil on their chest 
[verse 4]I'll be your Neo open up your eyesshow you how they grab youand keep you all in line guided by the devil  depraved and evil men in your pain they revel  as they wait to strike again 
[chorus]You cannot gain that power without stealing from the poor now in your castle cower as the wolves beset your door

[verse 5]Walk we me and wander as we traverse another realm  see world's so far beyond yoursI'm the captain at the helm...
