Telepathic Ham by Tech Support

I invited them all over
I had the perfect plan
The party would be perfect 
talked about across the land

everyone was coming
Easter would be all the rage 
all the party needed 
was some food to set the stage

my dad was making ribs
perhaps a little lamb 
sweet potatoes and some figs 
roasted slowly in the pan 

it was then I realized 
I'd forgotten to ask grams 
but I needed not to call her 
I just telepathed some ham 

Telepathic ham, oh, yes, telepathic ham 
This wouldn't be the first time 
that you pulled me from a jam 
Everyone can just bring something 
and the day would go as planned, no 
let's go ahead and make it, a telepathic ham 

I had to test my theory, 
so I called upon my dad 
as Easter it drew near, he 
would have a grand ole plan 

he asked of who was coming
and of what each said they'd bring 
quick with the answer he was not surprised 
when ham would be their thing 

they'd brought it in the past
and all were just in awe 
so for sure they'd do again 
that which satisfied our jaws 

it was then I'd realized 
Easter would have gotten jammed 
if not for old reliable 
telepathic ham
